The Human Resources Management programme was created based on the current market situation analysis, which indicates high demand for specialists in this area. They work in leading management positions in organisational structures of various economic entities. They also become freelance personal and professional consultants. Indicated education modules refer to advanced theories regarding human resources management, personal controlling, analysis of workforce indicators, pay systems, building an employer's image, organisational behaviours, social communication, job counselling and employment services.
