Korean Studies
Faculty of International and Political Studies
The Korean Studies programme is a double degree programme taught entirely in English, prepared in close cooperation with the South Korean partner Keimyung University in Daegu. The programme's central objective is to enrich the offer of studies related to Asia and respond to the growing interest in recent years for programmes on the Korean Peninsula, its specificity, and importance in international relations.

Programme Description
The programme is designed to provide students with sociocultural knowledge and the ability to navigate in the Korean environment. The study plan consists of modules that allow students to develop their skills and gain experience in field research. The research can be conducted during a one-year stay at a Korean university.
Information Regarding Faculty
The Faculty of International and Political Studies has the A category granted by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education and was awarded for the quality of education by the Polish Accreditation Committee. The Faculty is the most international and interdisciplinary unit at the Jagiellonian University, offering unique programmes conducted in English, many of which are delivered under agreements with foreign universities.
