The Economics with Integrated Foundation Year (Dubai) BSc program at the University of Birmingham Dubai teaches students the science behind decision-making and managing resources. Foundation Year

The foundation year provides a supportive university environment, ensuring students are ready to begin their undergraduate studies. When completed with at least 100 credits, students are guaranteed progression to the BSc Economics. The foundation year covers:

Entry Requirements

The Foundation Pathways are suitable for students who have completed their high school education to a high standard and require a foundation year before being eligible for first-year undergraduate entry to UK universities. The entry requirements include:

• A Level: BBC - BCC
• English language requirements: IELTS/TOEFL/PTE or alternative qualifications

Fees and Scholarships

The University tuition fee covers the cost of tuition, examination, and graduation. The fees for the program are:

• AED 115,652 per year (full-time, January 2026 entry)
• AED 123,506 per year (full-time, September 2026/January 2027 entry) Scholarships are available for students with the potential to thrive at the University of Birmingham Dubai.
