The University of Birmingham Dubai offers a four-year BSc Computer Engineering with Integrated Foundation Year program. Foundation Year

- Data handling and skills (Dubai) - 10 credits
- Mathematics I - 20 credits
- Mathematics II - 20 credits
Optional modules include:
- Academic English and Study Skills (STEM Dubai) - 30 credits
- Advanced Academic English and Study Skills (STEM Dubai) - 30 credits
- Advanced Academic Skills (STEM Dubai) - 30 credits Students must complete the 20-credit Physical Sciences module to progress to Engineering.

Entry Requirements

Fees and Scholarships
The University tuition fee covers the cost of tuition, examination, and graduation. Fees for the program are:
- AED 124,343 per year (full-time, January 2026)
- AED 134,922 per year (full-time, September 2026/January 2027) The above fee applies to the Foundation Year only. Subsequent year's annual tuition fee for the program will be AED 149,106/year for September 2026/January 2027 entry.
