Program Overview


English Literature and History BA

The English Literature and History BA program at the University of Birmingham offers students the opportunity to explore diverse narratives and literary genres alongside society, culture, and history. Entry Requirements

  • A Level: AAB including A level English Literature or English Language and Literature
  • IB: 6,6,5 including a 5 in English and 32 points overall
  • BTEC: BTEC Extended Diploma: DDM, plus AB at A-level in the required subject/s
  • English language requirements: IELTS 6.5 overall with no less than 6.0 in any band
