Course Delivery
Our Human Resource Management Masters degree includes a wide variety of learning and teaching, such as:
- Taught modules – these include lectures, seminars, class discussions, readings, case studies, media, and guest speakers
- Assessments - these will include formal exams, essays, group work, and oral presentations
- Dissertation Project - choose from either a company-based dissertation or a traditional dissertation
Module Information
The modules listed for this programme are regularly reviewed to ensure they are up-to-date and informed by the latest research and teaching methods. The course comprises 180 credits, taught through a series of 20 credit modules and a 60 credit Dissertation.

Entry Requirements
To secure your place at the University of Birmingham Dubai, you must meet both our general entry requirements and the specific criteria for your chosen course.
- Applicants will have or should be expecting to achieve an Honours degree (2:1 or higher) or postgraduate diploma from a UK university (or overseas equivalent) in any subject
- English language requirements: IELTS 6.5 with no less than 6.0 in any band, or equivalent qualifications

- AED 77,742: Part-time (September 2026) per year
