The master programme focuses on the implications of digitalisation on the public sphere and how to analyse them. Students learn about the latest applications for creative media production, including interactive 3D applications, virtual and augmented reality applications, and technologies for producing applications in gamification and visual storytelling. The programme consists of 120 ECTS credits, spread over four semesters. It is taught in German and English, with flexible teaching blocks that allow for part-time study. Admission Requirements
Admission to the programme is open to students with a recognised bachelor's degree in Media and/or Communication Studies, Communication and/or Media Engineering, or another discipline. Students with a bachelor's degree in another discipline may be admitted with preconditions, amounting to a maximum of 60 ECTS credits. The programme is taught in German and English, and commencement of studies is only possible in the Autumn Semester.
