Degree Information

For the PGDipMgmt, you must complete a total of 120 points at 500 Level. This includes at least three papers in your endorsed specialist subject (45 points), three Management (EXMBM) papers (45 points), and up to two elective papers (30 points) from any postgraduate subject of your choice.

Entry Requirements

To be admitted to the Postgraduate Diploma in Management, you must have:


  1. A bachelor’s degree from the University of Waikato, or an equivalent qualification from a recognised university; and you have completed study at an advanced level in the subject to be taken for the Postgraduate Diploma in Management;
  2. relevant training, experience and ability to proceed with the programme.
  3. satisfied the prerequisites for graduate study in the subject being taken for the Postgraduate Diploma.
