The application process for the 2026 April intake involves several steps.

Guidelines for Applicants

Applicants must follow the guidelines for applicants ver.21, March, which can be found on the main page news section. The guidelines outline the necessary steps and requirements for the application process.

Application Documents Check List and Application Forms

The following documents are required for the application:

• Application Documents Check List
• Form A (Certificate of Graduation/expected Graduation)
• Form A (Sample)
• Form B (Essay form)
• Form C (Financial Plan)
• Form D (Verification of English Language Proficiency)
• Bank Information Form (bank in Japan)
• Bank Information Form (bank in country other than Japan)

Major Changes from Last Year

As of 21.March.2025, there are several major changes to the application process:

1. Preliminary Eligibility Screening is now mandatory for all applicants.
2. Submitting the English test score may be exempted for those who meet certain conditions.
3. Those who have Japanese citizenship (including dual citizenship) are now eligible to apply for the program.

Next Step After Eligibility Confirmation

Once eligibility has been confirmed, applicants will receive a new link via the “Message” section on the system on September 1st. They must access this link and upload the remaining required documents to complete their application.

Preliminary Eligibility Screening

The application period for Eligibility Screening has closed. However, applicants who have completed this step will be able to proceed with the application process.

• Access the link to complete the Preliminary Eligibility Screening (mandatory for all applicants)
