Program Overview

The JoBSH program is a fundamental training course in Journal Handling, Interaction, Secrecy, and Hygiene. It is designed for students who are about to begin their clinical education, including Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) and Clinical Placement (VFU), and require the region's e-service card.

Program Details

• The program is a collaboration between Region Stockholm, Sophiahemmet University College, Marie Cederschiöld University College, Red Cross University College, and Karolinska Institutet.
• The training covers essential aspects of healthcare, including journal handling, patient interaction, confidentiality, and hygiene practices.
• The program is approximately two hours long and is conducted on the Region's learning platform, Lärtorget.

Program Requirements

• Students must complete the JoBSH training and receive a certificate of completion to be eligible for an e-service card.
• The training includes reading all pages, answering all questions, and acknowledging the region's secrecy rules.
• Students who are already in possession of an e-service card are still required to complete the JoBSH training and obtain a certificate.

Program Structure

• The program consists of online modules that cover the fundamental principles of journal handling, interaction, secrecy, and hygiene.
• Students can access the program through the Lärtorget platform using their regular login credentials.

Certificate and e-Service Card

• Upon completing the program, students will receive a certificate of completion, which is required for the e-service card application.
• The e-service card is automatically ordered and sent to the student's registered address after completing the program.

Support and Resources

• Students who encounter login issues should first verify their login credentials and then contact the course administration at their university.
• Additional support and resources are available through the Lärtorget platform and the university's student services.
