Scuola di specializzazione in Beni storico-artistici

The Scuola di specializzazione in Beni storico-artistici aims to train specialists with a specific professional profile in the sector of protection, management, and enhancement of the historical-artistic heritage, capable of operating with high responsibility functions in public and/or private structures that have organizational, cultural, editorial, and research functions in the sector of historical-artistic heritage.


Program Description

  • The training path is organized in areas that refer to different types of studies and provides for the in-depth study of disciplines related to the knowledge of historical-artistic heritage from the Late Ancient to the Contemporary period.
  • Attendance at lectures, conferences, seminars, exercises, as well as participation in practical activities, is mandatory.
  • The minimum attendance limits are set at 70%.
  • At the end of each year, the student must pass a theoretical-practical exam on the training activities carried out during the year.
  • The student cannot enroll more than twice in the same year of the course.

Final Examination

  • The student who has passed the theoretical-practical exam of the last year will be admitted to the final exam, consisting of the discussion of an original work in the form of a scientific-management project (specialization thesis).
  • The judgment will take into account the evaluations reported in the annual exams, as well as the results of any periodic evaluations.
  • Those who have passed the final exam will be awarded the diploma of specialization in Beni storico-artistici.
