Program Overview
Program Overview
The ORIENS course, "Orientamento a scuola: progettare futuri equi, inclusivi e sostenibili," aims to stimulate critical thinking in examining complex phenomena that comprise the ecosystem of future scenarios. This ecosystem is inserted into a socio-political-economic-cultural macrocosm that can favor inequalities and the diffusion of distorted visions of reality, leading to increased vulnerabilities.
Program Objectives
The course provides a space for reflection to examine the difficulties that the aforementioned phenomena can pose during the evolutionary age and to train teachers to contribute to the promotion of knowledge and skills necessary to support individuals in planning a quality future. The course aims to favor the ability to identify equitable, inclusive, and sustainable orientation trajectories to counter profiling and matching processes and to initiate laboratories in the school context that can support students in building their future.
Target Audience
The course is primarily addressed to teachers of all school levels who will acquire knowledge about the socio-economic conditions that characterize current times, the complexity inherent in the labor system, and how these can favor inequalities and vulnerabilities during the evolutionary age.
