Program Overview

The TWINBUS program is designed to introduce participants to strategic opportunities related to digital and sustainable transformation (twin transition) from the perspective of market relations and production processes. The program aims to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in understanding the potential of various technological solutions to enhance competitiveness and manage organizational change.


Program Objectives

The program objectives include:


  • Increasing the ability to interpret the technological scenario connected to production processes and market implications on the strategic front
  • Developing the skills of entrepreneurs and managers to manage internal organizational change related to the twin transition
  • Developing objectives and strategies, organizing and planning activities, and working with digital applications and devices to face current competitive challenges

Target Audience

The target audience includes:


  • Entrepreneurial and managerial figures operating in the context of SMEs in the Veneto region
  • Specializations in marketing and sales, production, logistics and supply chain, and human resource management
  • Profiles with expertise in digital technologies in companies

Admission Requirements

  • Diploma of upper secondary school
  • Curriculum evaluation for experience in the above-mentioned areas
  • Connection to SMEs selected within the project "Digital and sustainable transformation of Veneto SMEs"

Program Structure

The program includes:


  • Online formative content related to digital transformation in marketing, production, and supply chain
  • Two in-person meetings to deepen the approach to the twin transition through design thinking
  • Guided project work to develop project ideas related to the course topics
