Overview

The Certificate in Game Development is a program offered by the Institute of Education & Research, Faculty of Education, at the University of the Punjab. This course aims to introduce students to the basics of game development using the UNITY 3D engine. Upon completion, students will be able to create a simple game in unity from start to finish, enabling them to publish their own game on platforms like the Google Play Store or join a game development studio. Additionally, students will be briefed about freelancing marketplaces like Fiverr and Upwork to find remote work.

Admission Criteria

To be eligible for the Certificate in Game Development, applicants must have:

• FA/F.Sc./ICS/I.Com. or equivalent qualification and above
• Proficiency in the English language
• Basic understanding of computer systems, websites, and the internet
