Program Description
The Physiology Major degree provides an in-depth understanding of the way cells function and how tissues and organs work. This program has a strong focus on human physiology, with a wide range of courses available for students with interests in particular branches of the life sciences, including cell and molecular biology, endocrinology, cardiovascular physiology, and neurobiology.
Why Study this Program?
The Physiology program is also offered as a BSc Honors degree. The Bachelor of Science with Major is a highly customizable degree program with a wide breadth of topics to study. The degree includes an optional minor or double major, allowing students to design their degree around two areas of interest or choose to focus on only one area.

Scholarships and Financial Support
The Office of the Registrar administers over $52 million each year in scholarships, awards, and financial support for undergraduate students, as well as financial and loan advising. Additional scholarships are also available for specific faculties and programs.
