Accreditation & Licensure Examination Information
The baccalaureate programs are registered with the New York State Education Department and are fully accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education. The nursing program holds membership in the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (ACCN) and the New York State Council of Deans of Nursing of Baccalaureate Programs and Higher Education Nursing Programs.
Admission Requirements
Admission to the major is competitive and is contingent upon academic qualifications and availability. Successful candidates meet the general admission requirements to the college, including three units of high school science (including biology and chemistry) and three units of high school mathematics.
