Empowering Women for Leadership (online)

Overview

This course is open to anyone looking to better understand the challenges women face in leadership and take action to overcome them.


Programme Details

The course explores how bias in talent recognition, selection processes, and workplace expectations can limit visibility, representation, and opportunity, particularly for women and other underrepresented groups.
