Introduction to the Common Law (Graduate Entry) LLB Program

The Common Law (Graduate Entry) LLB is an accelerated undergraduate degree available to graduates of any discipline, including Law. This two-year degree provides graduates with a pathway towards professional qualification.


Program Structure

The degree requires two years of full-time study and provides a foundational training in law, satisfying the Bar Standard Board requirements for the academic stage of legal training. It is not an approved pathway to legal practice in Scotland but is particularly suitable for students from Common Law countries like Canada and is recognized in Northern Ireland.
