Human Nutrition Master of Science Program
The MS Program in Human Nutrition is led by faculty with expertise in the breadth of nutritional sciences. Students will follow an academic curriculum that also includes a research project to learn, generate, disseminate, and apply specialized knowledge in human nutrition and dietetics to foster basic discoveries and improve human health.
