Bachelor of Nutrition
The Bachelor of Nutrition is a dynamic course that delves into the world of food and nutrition science. This course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the science behind food and nutrition, including human and nutrition physiology, dietary choices and behaviors, food production, processing and technologies, public health nutrition, and health promotion for populations and individuals with different needs.

Clinical Nutrition Minor
The Clinical Nutrition Minor consists of 8 units and is ideal for students who intend to apply for a postgraduate degree in dietetics. This minor covers topics such as advanced clinical biochemistry, food science and analysis, nutrition assessment, food and nutrition services, public health nutrition, and health promotion strategies.
Food Technology Minor
The Food Technology Minor is suitable for students seeking a career in the food manufacturing industry, covering areas such as food production, food science, food quality control, and agriculture.
Pathway to Teaching Minor
The Pathway to Teaching Minor provides a pathway to the Master of Teaching (Secondary) and a career as a secondary school teacher.
Public Health Minor
The Public Health Minor allows students to pursue a career in public health nutrition.
