Graduate Diploma of Asset and Maintenance Management

The Graduate Diploma of Asset and Maintenance Management is a postgraduate degree designed to upskill the asset management, facility management, asset maintenance, and operational management workforce. This course is ideal for those currently working in the field of asset and/or maintenance and wanting to upgrade their qualifications and skills.


Overview

The Graduate Diploma in Asset and Maintenance Management aims to develop an asset management policy, strategic asset management plan, risk management plan, and other associated plans for asset management. This course exposes students to the requirements of ISO55001 Asset Management Standard, ISO31000 Risk Management Standard, and ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Standard.

  • Professional Recognition: This course provides a direct pathway to becoming a Certified Practitioner in Asset Management (CPAM) with the Asset Management (AM) Council.
  • Residential Schools: Commencing Graduate Diploma of Asset and Maintenance Management students may choose to attend an Induction Workshop in conjunction with the Introduction to Asset and Maintenance Management unit.
  • Credit Transfer: If students have completed prior study relevant to units within this course, they may be eligible for credit for their past studies.

Commonwealth Support and Government Assistance

  • Commonwealth Supported Places: With CSP available for this course, students may be eligible for significant fee savings, provided they meet CSP eligibility requirements.
  • HECS-HELP: Students may be eligible for a HECS-HELP government loan if they are offered a CSP.
