• Each term extends over 20 consecutive weeks.
• To successfully complete the program, students must complete 25 units of competency across the three stages:
  • Stage 1 10 units
  • Stage 2 10 units
  • Stage 3 5 units

Requirements

• Entry Requirements: Acceptance of applications is at the discretion of CQUniversity.
• Minimum Age Requirement: Students must be 18 years old prior to completion of the course.
• English Language Proficiency Requirements: The English Language Skills requirements listed are those specified by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as required for initial registration.
• Inherent Requirements: Students applying for the Diploma of Nursing should be aware of and be able to fulfill the inherent requirements for this course.
