Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours)

The Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) is accredited by the Royal Australian Institute of Building (AIB) and provides students with the qualification and skills needed to coordinate and lead a wide variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial structures.

This course is designed to develop expertise in planning and communication, providing in-depth knowledge of construction. It has a strong focus on construction management and planning, services, building maintenance and materials, and structures, ensuring graduates are work-ready and capable of managing complex construction projects.

Requirements

To be eligible, students must meet the rank threshold of ATAR 66.00 or SR 66.00. English and mathematics are recommended study subjects. Alternative entry pathways are available for students who do not meet the entry requirements.

Fees and Scholarships

The indicative first-year fee is $10,600 (CSP). The course has Commonwealth Supported Places (CSPs) available, and students may be eligible for a HECS-HELP government loan. Scholarships and bursaries are also available to support students.
