The Supervisor, Administrative Services Certification (Online) program at Montclair State University is designed for educators who already hold a master's degree, a New Jersey teaching or educational services certificate, and have three years of experience. This fully online, 12-credit program meets the NJDOE requirements for Supervisor certification.

Program Details

The program prepares students to lead instructional improvement across a school or district. Coursework explores supervision theory, instructional leadership, and the creation of equitable, engaging educational environments. Students work closely with faculty who are experienced school leaders, gaining practical insights that can be applied immediately in their current role.

Admission Requirements

• Equivalent of a U.S. bachelor's degree.

• F1/J1 visa-seeking students are not eligible for this program.
