About Program

Program Overview

Microcredencial in Electronic Music Production and Techniques

The Microcredencial in Electronic Music Production and Techniques is designed to contribute to the enrichment of the music creation community from a transdisciplinary aesthetic perspective, both technically and artistically. This aims to strengthen the music production industry and creation.

Requirements and Recommendations

Students are advised to have Ableton Live and Max/MSP software installed. Both software programs are available in a 30-day trial version, and students can start the demo on a day to be specified by the trainer. It is also suggested that attendees complement this Microcredential by taking the Microcredential in Studio Sound Recording Technologies, followed by the Microcredential in Studio Techniques for Sound Mixing and Mastering.

Coordination and Department

The program is coordinated by Henrique Daniel Portovedo Marques and is part of the Department of Communication and the Arts.
