The Innovation and Marketing Technology microcredential aims to identify and explore the role of innovative and emerging technologies and apply them to omnichannel marketing contexts, from a customer-centric strategic perspective. In an era of profound digital transformation in which more and more technologies are available at the service of marketing, it is necessary to understand how to innovate and generate value for customers and for the company, through technology-supported omnichannel marketing strategies that allow for increased attraction, acquisition, and retention.
