Programme Structure

The programme is divided into two stages: taught and dissertation.

• Stage - Taught: This stage includes modules such as Strategy and Economics in a Global Context, Finance and Marketing for Strategic Decision-Making, Leadership and Operational Excellence, and Navigating Digital Transformation: Innovating for the Future.
• Stage - Dissertation: This stage includes The Aston Edge and Strategic Business Project modules, where students develop research and investigation skills and apply their learning to a real-world business challenge.

Entry Requirements

• Standard Entry Requirements: A 2:2 (lower second-class honours) degree or equivalent, at least three years' relevant post-graduation professional/managerial experience, and English language proficiency if applicable.
• Non-Standard Entry Routes: Consideration for applicants with substantial work experience (at least five years) and a professional reference. A personal statement detailing motivations and background is required.
