Program Overview
Business analytics is the process of identifying, mining, modeling, retrieving, sharing, analyzing, visualizing, and interpreting an organization's data to make strategic business decisions. The UNC Charlotte graduate certificate in Business Analytics provides a strong foundation in business analytics, teaching students how to translate abstract data into information that can be used in strategic business decisions.
Program Details
The Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics requires the completion of 12 credit hours of 6000-level courses in business and marketing analytics. Transfer credits are not accepted into the Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics program. Students who apply and are accepted to the MBA program can use all four certificate courses to help satisfy their MBA concentration requirements.
Delivery and Duration
- The program is delivered in-person at the Dubois Center.
- The average duration of the program is 1-2 years.
Curriculum
Students must earn a grade of B or above in all four courses that make up the certificate program.
