Program Overview


Program Overview

The M.S. in Real Estate (MSRE) program is designed to provide students with the skills necessary to analyze, evaluate, and execute complex real estate investment and development transactions. The program features a capstone course and international study abroad as part of its core requirements. Courses are offered in the evening at The Dubois Center at UNC Charlotte Center City in Uptown Charlotte.

Curriculum

The M.S. in Real Estate curriculum requires 32 hours of coursework, broken down into:


  • 21.5 hours of required core coursework
  • 10.5 hours of elective courses
  • Necessary preparatory work will be determined during the admissions process, and students will be advised accordingly.
