BA in Hungarian Literature and Linguistics

The BA in Hungarian Literature and Linguistics program is designed to train experts in Hungarian language, literature, and culture. Description of the Program

The program entails the development and sophistication of students' language and reading skills, as well as their ability to place and interpret linguistic questions and literary texts in their wider intellectual, cultural, and historical contexts. Students will learn about the history of the Hungarian language, literature, and culture since the beginnings up until the 21st century. The program offers a great number of courses in comparative literary and cultural studies and allows for a considerable degree of choice in topics.

After completing their Master's degree, they can continue their studies at the Doctoral level (PhD) in Linguistics or Literary Studies.

Application Procedure

The application procedure includes a Skype interview, where applicants are asked about their motivation and interests. To apply, applicants must register on the application site, fill out the application form, upload the necessary documents, and submit their application.
