The MSc in Physiotherapy program aims to expand the knowledge acquired during the BSc and train physiotherapist professionals who can provide scientific measurements and assessments of physiotherapy activities.

Description of the Program

Physiotherapist professionals in the master program become familiar with the operation of the national health care system and understand the complex institutional system. They become capable of using the results of the newest scientific research during clinical practice. The acquired theoretical knowledge and practical skills provide access to further studies, such as a Doctoral program (PhD training). The master program includes advanced knowledge of:

• Basic natural and social sciences
• Pharmacological knowledge
• Musculoskeletal clinical skills
• Neurological clinical skills
• Clinical knowledge of the cardiorespiratory system
• Scientific knowledge of different physiotherapy treatments (intensive therapy, sports physiotherapy, ergo-therapy)
