- Course Brief: This course introduces students to the ethics, principles, and methods of ethnographic design research. Students will learn to acknowledge themselves in relationship to the people with and on whom they conduct research; develop research protocols for fieldwork; facilitate conversations with others in the field; process and code their research; and synthesize the findings into insights that are useful in the design process.
