The University of Michigans top-ranked Ford School of Public Policy is now offering a graduate degree program specifically created for distance learners. This Online Master of Public Affairs (MPA) is designed to help students confidently sharpen leadership and analytical skills, build new capabilities to speak the language of policymaking, expand their professional networkand ultimately increase their impact on the communities they care about.

For students following the recommended course schedule and planned tuition rates, the estimated total program cost is approximately $45,860 for Michigan residents and $55,610 for non-Michigan residents. This translates to an average cost of about $1,529 per credit hour for Michigan residents and $1,854 for non-Michigan residents. International students may have an additional $500 per term fee. All tuition rates and mandatory fees are subject to approval by the Board of Regents and may change.
