Master of International Business
The Master of International Business is a postgraduate program designed to equip students with high-level skills to manage a business in the complex, competitive, and challenging world of international business. Knowing how to do business internationally is in high demand.
Program Overview
In this program, students will learn strategic management, managing across global cultures, international trade and finance, and marketing in an international environment. They will also learn advanced research techniques that can be applied to an area of international business they are passionate about. Additionally, students will use learned techniques to research international business issues and solve problems on the world stage.
Accreditation
The University of the Sunshine Coast (UniSC) is an accredited member of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), meaning its business degrees have earned international recognition with the most prestigious professional accreditation a business school can earn.

The program is offered in various delivery modes, including 100% online, on-campus at the Sunshine Coast, or a combination of both (blended learning). This flexibility allows students to choose the mode that best suits their needs and lifestyle.

Program Structure
The program consists of 12 courses totaling 144 units. It includes specialized courses and a specialization component where students can select from various areas, such as Advanced Business Studies, Business Intelligence and Analytics, Cyber Security, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Evidence-Based Marketing, Information and Communications Technology, and Strategic Leadership and Innovation.
Entry Requirements
To be considered for admission, candidates normally require a three-year Bachelors degree from a recognized higher education institution or equivalent, and at least two years of relevant full-time work experience or other relevant experience. Alternatively, a Graduate Certificate in a relevant field from a recognized higher education institution or equivalent may also be considered.
English Language Requirements
Applicants must also meet the English language requirements for this program. If they do not meet the minimum requirements, they may be able to enroll in UniSCs English Language Programs to reach the required level for most UniSC programs.
