The Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a postgraduate degree designed to increase and deepen the range of management skills. This program covers the latest trends and influences in business and builds on skills in critical thinking and decision-making.

In this program, students will:
- Learn in a team environment where real-life management challenges are shared and problem-solving strategies are applied
- Complete eight courses in the fundamentals of business innovation, strategic management, digital business transformation, business intelligence, leadership, marketing, corporate finance, and accounting
- Choose a specialization, including cybersecurity, business intelligence and analytics, strategic leadership and innovation, evidence-based marketing, information and communication technologies, international business, accounting, economics and finance, or general business studies
- Apply new skills in their current job and complete the MBA flexibly either on campus or online

Program Requirements
To graduate, students must successfully complete 144 units as outlined in the Program Structure.
Program Notes
- For students on a full-time study load, not all specializations can be completed at all intakes.
- Some required courses may overlap with specializations. In such cases, students may select electives from the 600 or 700 level electives.
- Completing this program within the specified (full-time) duration is based on studying 48 unit points per trimester (normally 4 courses) and following the recommended study sequence.
- The unit value of all courses is 12 units unless otherwise specified.
- It is each student's responsibility to enroll correctly according to their course requisites, program rules, and requirements and be aware of the academic calendar dates.
- Only a full-time study option is available to international students on a Student Visa.
- Online study mode is not available to international students on a Student Visa.

Entry Requirements
To be considered for admission, candidates would normally be required to possess a three-year Bachelor's degree from a recognized higher education institution or equivalent, and at least two years of relevant full-time work experience or other relevant experience. Alternatively, a Graduate Certificate in a relevant field from a recognized higher education institution or equivalent.
English Language Requirements
Students will also need to meet the English language requirements for this program. If they do not meet the minimum requirements, they may be able to enroll in UniSC's English Language Programs to reach the required level for most of UniSCs programs.
Special Selection Criteria
Applicants who do not possess a bachelor's degree but have at least three years relevant full-time equivalent work or other relevant experience may be admitted to the Graduate Certificate in Business Administration.
