Program Overview

The Sustainability, Energy and the Environment (SEE) Minor is a university program that requires students to complete a minimum of 15 semester hours, equivalent to 5 approved courses.

  • Students are required to take SEE 250: Introduction to Sustainability.
  • Remaining courses often emphasize learning across disciplines and project-based research.

  • Students in the minor have the opportunity to collaborate in the planning and implementation of sustainable solutions both on campus and in the surrounding area.
  • The University of Dayton Hanley Sustainability Institute and community partners work together with students to provide these opportunities.
