Semester Programme in Nursing

Programme Description
The programme emphasises evidence-based public health work, particularly health promotion and preventive efforts in community health services. Students will have the opportunity to visit a community health service together with their main study group. The courses in the semester programme are also offered to students from other health and social sciences, resulting in interdisciplinary groups.
Admission Requirements
- Students must be admitted to a bachelor's programme in the field of health or social sciences at their home university.
- Students from other fields of study with a particular interest in the courses can be admitted based on an extra motivation letter.
Programme Structure
- The programme includes large-scale class teachings and smaller study groups with both local students and other exchange students.
- Students will participate in theoretical courses together with local nursing students and other exchange students.
