Course Description

The program includes two main courses:

  • KD2000 Entrepreneurship in Art and Design, 10 ECTS: This course employs a wide definition of entrepreneurship that includes personal development, creativity, self-reliance, initiative taking, and action orientation. Students work in teams to solve real-life challenges, introducing them to practical entrepreneurship through an action-based approach to value creation.
  • KDK2110 Art, Space and Dissemination, 20 ECTS: This course focuses on the development of students practical-aesthetic, dissemination, and theoretical skills. It emphasizes art and dissemination in a broad societal perspective, where the understanding of space and context plays a central role. The course is organized into two projects:
    • Project 1: Art, Space and Installation (individual work), emphasizing the relationship between concept, context, and material.
    • Project 2: Dissemination of contemporary art to specific target groups (group work), focusing on dissemination in relation to specific target groups.
