Introduction to the Teacher Education Programme

The teacher education programme for secondary school teachers consists of a bachelor's programme and a master's programme. Students select two teaching subjects according to their interests and acquire subject-related academic and didactic knowledge.

Programme Structure

• The bachelor's programme lasts 8 semesters and consists of 240 ECTS credits.
• The master's programme lasts 4 semesters and consists of 120 ECTS credits.
• Students who would like to study a third teaching subject can do so by completing an extension curriculum.
