Master Programme in Business Administration

The Master programme in Business Administration is a multilingual degree programme with languages of instruction being German and at least one more language.

Qualitative Admission Requirements

Admission to the Master programme is only possible if a closely related previous degree programme has been completed. Qualitative admission requirements must be fulfilled at the time of application, determining the knowledge and competences required ahead of the application. These requirements may not be postponed to be fulfilled during the degree programme.

English Language Proficiency

To be admitted to the Master programme, proof of English language proficiency at level B2 is required.

Description of Qualifications

Previous knowledge relevant to the field of Business Administration is necessary for admission. This can be proven by completing the extension curricula "EC Business Administration: an Introduction" and "EC Business Administration: Methods" or by providing a description of qualifications. The description of qualifications is a depiction of achievements corresponding to the required extension curricula, obtained before the application for admission.

Filling in the Description of Qualifications

The description of qualifications should be filled in as follows:

1. Enter the title of the achievement.
2. Enter the date of completion.
3. Enter the ECTS achieved.
4. State the educational institution where the achievement was completed.
5. Describe the qualifications achieved and which course from the extension curricula the achievement corresponds to.

Application and Admission Procedure

The application and admission procedure depends on whether the previous degree programme was completed at the University of Vienna or another post-secondary educational institution.
