Program Overview
Introduction to the University Program
The university program for teaching at the secondary level is divided into a bachelor's degree program (8 semesters/240 ECTS credits) and a master's degree program (4 semesters/120 ECTS credits). Students choose two teaching subjects according to their interests and acquire subject-specific and didactic knowledge in lectures. In addition, they complete general educational science foundations and pedagogical-practical studies.
Bachelor of Education
- The language of instruction is German.
- The program includes an orientation event and a bachelor's thesis.

- Two teaching subjects, including Tschechisch (Czech)
- Students can choose to study a third teaching subject through an additional course of study.
Master of Education

- A master's thesis
- The curriculum comprises:
- Subject-specific deepening (16 ECTS)
