Curriculum
- In Year One, students participate in a faculty common first year that provides a solid grounding in language, mathematics, and physics.

- In the Final Year, students choose electives from a pool of courses that address the latest developments and technology in the fields of building sciences and engineering and undertake a major project.
Secondary Major Details
Students have the option to pursue a Secondary Major in Innovation and Entrepreneurship (IE) or Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics (AIDA), which are interdisciplinary and integrated programs that nurture students with the mindset and skillset needed to work in the fields of building sciences and engineering or building services engineering and innovation and entrepreneurship.
Credit Required for Graduation
The credit requirement for graduation is 120 (plus 11 training credits).
