Master of Corporate Governance

Introduction

The Master of Corporate Governance is a postgraduate program designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the field of corporate governance.

Programme

The program is offered in a mixed-mode format, allowing students to pursue their studies with either a full-time or part-time study load.

Admissions

Entrance Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university, or equivalent.
• Preference will be given to applicants with relevant working experience, but it is not a must.
• If an applicant is not a native speaker of English, and his/her Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is awarded by institutions where the medium of instruction is not English, the applicant is expected to fulfil the University’s minimum English language requirement for admission purpose.

Mode of Study & Duration

• Mode of study: Mixed-mode
• Duration: Students should complete the programme full-time in 1 year and part-time in 2 years within the normal duration.

Fee

• Fee for 2026/27 intake (Subject to approval): The tuition fee is HK$351,000 per programme (31 credits).
• No tuition fee required for Academic Integrity and Ethics in Business
• Scholarships: Both entry scholarships and merit scholarships are provided. Scholarships will be awarded to applicants with outstanding qualifications.
