Objectives

The program aims to enable participants to:

  • Express empathy, appreciation, and feedback to employees and foster an open communication culture

Target Audience

The program is designed for professors, leadership personnel in administration and third space, research group leaders, institute leaders, department heads, staff leaders, and other individuals with leadership positions in the university or university-related field.


MiCAS Admission Requirements

Admission to the MiCAS program requires a university degree at the Bachelor's level, professional experience at a university or in a university-related field, and proven leadership experience or the prospect of taking on a leadership role. Exceptions to the admission requirements can be approved by the program management on a case-by-case basis.


Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellation of registration before the registration deadline is possible without incurring costs.
  • Cancellation after the registration deadline will result in the course fees being charged in full. If a replacement can be found for the cancelled participant, only processing fees of CHF 200 will be charged.
  • The conclusion of a cancellation cost insurance is left to the individual participants.
