• Weiterbildungsmarkt und Rahmenbedingungen der Hochschulweiterbildung (1 ECTS): Explores the market for higher education continuing education in Switzerland, including customer needs and institutional frameworks.
• Weiterbildungsdidaktik (1 ECTS): Focuses on competency-oriented learning objectives, teaching and learning processes, and assessment methods.
• Curriculumentwicklung (2 ECTS): Covers the basics of curriculum development, including formats for continuing education programs and target group analysis.
• Finanzplanung und Teilnehmendenakquise f僡 Weiterbildungsstudieng鄚ge (1 ECTS): Addresses budgeting and marketing strategies for continuing education programs.
• Werkstatt KI in der Weiterbildung (1 ECTS): Introduces participants to current AI applications and tools in continuing education.
• Evaluation von Hochschulweiterbildungen (1 ECTS): Examines the characteristics and functions of evaluation in continuing education.
