Program Structure

The CAS AIMI comprises at least 15 ECTS credits, earned by completing five modules and an individual AI project, including presentation. One ECTS equals an estimated study work performance of about 25-30 hours, including in-person events, preparatory tasks, and all other course activities. The modules are taught in a blended learning environment:


  • In-person courses: Approximately two full days per month, usually scheduled on weekdays in Bern.
  • Virtual classes: Occasional short online meetings.

Applicants must hold at least a Bachelor's degree from a university or university of applied sciences in relevant fields. Professional experience is not mandatory.
