Executive MBA Program
Overview
The Geneva Executive MBA (EMBA) provides executives with a first-class management education without interrupting their careers. This EMBA is designed to balance theory and practical application, with a focus on building a global advantage, leading responsibly, and managing transformation.

The program is designed for business leaders and professionals from diverse industry backgrounds, including the public or private sectors, wishing to build foundational skills and/or update their knowledge, or seeking career change and/or professional development opportunities.

Program Structure
The EMBA is a part-time 2-year program including 90 ECTS credits. The program consists of:
- Year 1: Leadership Launch + 12 core courses (36 ECTS)
- Year 2: 12 Advanced-level courses (36 ECTS) + EMBA Capstone Project (18 ECTS)

Admission Criteria
- Bachelor Degree, or equivalent
- Pertinent work experience: 3 years minimum in a managerial role
- Strong command of English (written & spoken)
- Required Skills:
- Computer office tools (spreadsheet, word processor, presentation tools)
- Basic Accounting understanding (balance sheets / income statement, P&N, EBITDA) or ability to assimilate numbers and concepts
Fees
- Total fee: CHF 42'500.-
- CHF 5'000.- matriculation / registration fee (non-refundable)
- CHF 18'750.- 1st year tuition
- CHF 18'750.- 2nd year tuition
- Early Bird applications received before February 1, 2026 will benefit from a reduction upon acceptance: CHF 34'000.-

Location and Schedule
- Location: Uni Mail, University of Geneva
- Schedule: Courses are held mainly Friday (2:15 pm - 9 pm) & Saturday (8:15 am - 1 pm), every other week. Some modules are scheduled on 3 consecutive full days (Thursday, Friday & Saturday) from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.
