Introduction to the Program

The Développement ŕ l'aide des services informationnels (DASI) Management et technologie des systčmes d'information (MATIS) program is designed to provide participants with the foundations of digital transformation using service science. The program aims to equip participants with the skills to explore digital innovation around concrete cases and confront them with service approaches for business development.

Objectives

The program has three main objectives:

• Provide participants with the basics of digital transformation using service science
• Give participants the opportunity to explore digital innovation around concrete cases
• Confront participants with service approaches for business development

Target Audience

The program is designed for individuals concerned with business development using digital technologies and information services, including:

• Directors and managers of IT services
• IT project managers
• IT consultants
• Professionals in management and technology of information
• Professionals involved in the design, development, management, and piloting of IT services and systems

Program Structure

The program consists of four modules:

1. La percée des services informationnels (The Emergence of Information Services): Introduction to service science and its role in digital transformation
2. Bases informationnelles des services (Informational Foundations of Services): Exploration, design, and engineering of information services
3. Enjeux des services informationnels dans le développement d'entreprises (Challenges of Information Services in Business Development): Innovation and value creation using information services
4. Synthčse et perspectives de DASI (Synthesis and Perspectives of DASI): Conclusion and reflection on the impact of service science in business management and digital transformation

Admission Criteria

• Basic knowledge of information systems: Experience in IT service development or participation in IT projects, or completion of another CAS MATIS or equivalent
• University degree: Possession of a degree from a Swiss university or a recognized equivalent
• Professional experience: At least two years of professional experience
• Admission process: Application dossier including CV, photo, copy of ID, diplomas, and motivation letter; possible interview with the admission committee

Evaluation and Certification

• Evaluation: Intermediate work and final thesis
• Certification: Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Management and Technology of Information Systems Development by Means of Information Services (CAS-MATIS-DASI)
