The Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Management of Social Institutions is a comprehensive program designed to equip professionals with the necessary knowledge and skills to manage social institutions effectively. • Politics and social financing
• Social issues

Module 2: Strategic Field

• Human resource management
• Strategy, organization, and change

Module 3: Operational Field

• Financial management
• Project management

Admission Criteria

• Diploma: Professional diploma of university level or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Language: Excellent spoken and written French
• Computer skills: Basic computer knowledge

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation before start: CHF 350 fee
• Cancellation after start: Full tuition fee due
