Program Overview
Master in Biology
The Master in Biology is an advanced training program that allows students to follow theoretical teaching, in English or French, in the first year according to a specialized orientation. The master's program places particular emphasis on research work, with a pre-internship of 2 months from the first year, then a research project carried out in a laboratory or research group for a full year during the second year.

2 years (4 semesters)
Languages of Instruction
English, except for the Physics and Mathematics orientations where some compulsory courses are in French.
Admission Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biology or equivalent title.
- The student is also required to find a laboratory or host group to carry out their master's work.
Program Structure
The program consists of 4 semestres (max. 8 semestres) and 120 ECTS credits.
- Elective or compulsory courses depending on the chosen orientation (60 credits)
- Research work and dissertation (60 credits)

Required Level of French
No French language exam is required for non-French speakers.
